Since moving from NY to San Antonio back in 2017. This is the best Italian restaurant I've had the pleasure of trying. The restaurant was a last minute choice and it did not disappoint. It's a small restaurant, very cozy, dim lighting, there was a live piano player. We ordered two items and shared both. Carnevale Topped with San Marsano, Italian sausage, house-made mozzarella, house-made basil & Pecorino Romano Shown in the photo. As well as the sausage penne. I do not have any negative comments at all. Dessert was: Lemoncello Mascarpone Cake & Tiramisu I think this was the best Tiramisu I've ever had. This is a great place for a date, special occasion or just because you're hungry 😆 You will not be disappointed at all.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience at Braza Brava I had an amazing experience at Braza Brava and I can’t recommend it enough. The food was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The pasta was incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The pizza was equally exquisite, with fresh ingredients, a great crust, and an amazing taste that made every bite enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. A special thank you to our server, Carmine, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His excellent customer service and positive attitude truly made us feel welcome and valued as guests. One of my favorite things about Braza Brava is the ambiance. The environment is very relaxed, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a meal with friends, family, or even a date night. Everything about the restaurant makes you want to stay and enjoy your time. Overall, Braza Brava exceeded my expectations in every way. Had a wonderful date night at Braza Brava Pizzeria Napoletana. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our server was excellent. The Italian Crème Soda was refreshing, the Crostini was savory and full of flavor, and the Zuppa Toscana was rich and creamy with fresh sausage. The Salsiccia Piccante pizza was delicious with a perfect crust and fresh ingredients. One of the best parts of the evening was meeting the owner, who was incredibly kind and took the time to talk with us about the fresh ingredients used throughout the menu. We finished with dessert, and the Limoncello Mascarpone Cake, Tres Leches Cake, and Tiramisu were all amazing. We will definitely be back!

We visited Braza Brava tonight after hearing good things and were looking forward to experiencing a place that takes Neapolitan pizza seriously. The space itself is beautiful exposed brick, a mix of booths and tables, and a warm atmosphere that feels thoughtfully designed. It’s clear they invested heavily into the restaurant, especially the pizza oven, though surprisingly it doesn’t feel showcased as part of the experience. Instead, much of the attention seemed centered around the parmesan wheel pasta presentation. The evening started a little rough. When our waiter first approached the table, the initial interaction felt a bit rushed. We mentioned it was our first visit and needed a minute, and the response was simply that he’d come back later. It set the tone in a way that felt more procedural than hospitable. To his credit, I think he later realized he had missed an opportunity to introduce us to the restaurant and create a better experience. After I ordered a Negroni and mentioned again it was our first visit, he became more engaged and began telling us about the restaurant and menu. Not bad. Lam chops with the ravioli was not bad but for 46 dollars I would expect a bit more meat on the chops. The tiramisu was interesting, you could tell either the mascarpone or heavy cream was over whipped leaving a thin layer of film of butter in the mouth. In my opinion it's too much cream for the portion and not enough of the breading. Expect some parking troubles during dinner time. Also, there are 2 sitting areas, 1 where the piano man plays and the 2 the light room. You must be specific on where you want to sit. There is no live entertainment in the back light room, must be their overflow. It's okay, just feels excluded from the rest of the restaurant. You walk in to a different atmosphere than when you are first introduced to the restaurant. Overall, it was good.
